Refund policy

1. General Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

⚠️ Our store offers three types of products:

  • Print on Demand (Made to order)

  • Inventory items (warehouse stock)

  • Digital products (non-returnable)

In all cases, we do not issue cash refunds. If your return is approved, you will receive a digital gift card for the full value of your purchase, valid for any product available in our online store.

2. How to Request a Return

Before sending back any item, please email us at hello@super-fan.club including:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product if necessary

Our team will review the request. If approved, we will send you:

  • The return address of our Miami warehouse (if applicable)

  • Clear shipping instructions

  • A return label if applicable

⛔ Returns not authorized via email will not be accepted.

3. Return Address

Once your request has been approved, we will inform you of the correct return address by email.

👉 Important: Do not send products directly to Printify production centers or to any address not provided by our team.

4. Refund in the Form of a Gift Card

Once we receive and inspect your return, if the item is:

  • Unused and in perfect condition

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We will issue a digital gift card for the same value you paid, delivered via email.

⚠️ No refunds are made in cash, to credit cards, or to original payment methods.

5. Damages, Defects or Errors

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us at hello@super-fan.club within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Attach clear photos of the issue and your order number.

If the error was ours or our supplier’s, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, and you will not be required to return the item.

6. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

For logistical or sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Perishable goods or personal hygiene items

7. Right of Withdrawal – European Union

If you reside in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing any reason.

The product conditions must meet the general return requirements: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
